PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotion codes are redeemed at the end of the ordering process on view cart page. Simply enter your promotion or voucher code, and when you’re finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary. Member privilege is not applicable to sales, promotion, licensee, accessories, and discounted products.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card, online banking, or eWallet charged.
If your credit card, online banking, or eWallet has already been charged for a purchase that is subsequently canceled, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. EasyWholesaler.co uses Billplz to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card, online banking, eWallet and charge card transactions.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address specified by the Member in its order. If the product purchased by you is available, it will be shipped to you upon receipt of payment. Delivery may takes several working days to be delivered to the selected courier service.
Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, he has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.
SELF-PICKUP
Self-pickup is only available for shipments within Penang, Malaysia. Once your order is ready, our representatives will contact you through the email address or phone number specified in your order. Orders must be picked up between 10:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (exclude National and Penang state public holiday) from:

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please quote your order number and provide all the necessary information for us to quickly look into your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled and you are not satisfied with it, simply return it to EasyWholesaler.co according to our Return & Refund Policy.
EasyWholesaler.co reserves the right to cancel any order that is subject to technical issues/price inaccuracy and appears to be suspect or fraudulent. All suspicious transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once purchased, good are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:

IMPORTANT: In the event that you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or opened, we kindly request that you immediately document the condition of the package by taking video or photographs and notifying us. Please refrain from opening the package. The courier or shipping company may be held accountable for any damage or mishandling of the package. It is also possible that an unauthorized individual may have accessed and removed contents from the package during transit.
For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform EasyWholesaler.co customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. In the event a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period, you may offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a refund by writing to [email protected]. Before return product/products to us, please email us to let our customer service team assist you. Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven(7) calendar days from the day you received item. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals), proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice or etc. relevant information) and free gifts received with it (if included)
Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refund can only be made to the credit or debit card, online banking or eWallet used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.
