Senior Sales Manager

Join our team as our Senior Sales Manager and help us drive growth through effective sales strategies. This position comes with yearly profit sharing and monthly bonus and commission based on sales performance. We’re looking for someone with:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quota Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds the monthly sales quota.
  • Training & Motivation: Provide training and motivation to the existing sales personnel to ensure they meet or exceed monthly quotas.
  • Team Expansion: Enhance and expand the current Sales Team in Penang.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop sales strategies and plans for the next 6 months.
  • Regional Expansion: Progressively establish new Sales Teams in Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Kedah, Malacca, Johor, Sabah, and Sarawak to broaden our market reach.
  • Event Management: Organize, handle, and manage exhibition booths at food events and exhibitions to showcase our products and engage with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales. And someone who possesses a strong determination to achieve.
  • Experience in sales of snack foods and other FMCG products.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry, including the snack food market.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders, including potential and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven mindset, self-initiative and a competitive spirit that constantly seeks improvement and innovation.
  • Travel around Malaysia to oversee sales operations and meet clients.

Note: We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can hit the ground running, so this position will start on a contract basis. If you’re able to exceed our expectations, we’ll be happy to offer you a permanent position.

E-Commerce Content Creator

As our E-Commerce Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for managing and handling our online listings on e-marketplaces like our own website, Lazada and Shopee etc.

P.S. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, creative, and has a knack for selling. If you’re also a TikTok pro, that’s a major plus!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our online listings: This includes listing the products, updating them regularly, creating eye-catching product content, setting competitive prices, and using relevant keywords to ensure our products are easy to find.
  • Develop and execute live video sales campaigns: This includes brainstorming creative concepts, creating engaging scripts, and running live streams on social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance: This includes measuring metrics like sales, engagement, and ROI to ensure our campaigns are successful.

Personal Assistant

Join our team as a Personal Assistant to our Director. In this exciting role, the primary responsibilities are split into two main categories:

  • Supporting the Director
  • Overseeing the Office & Staff

As an essential part of the Team, you’ll be assisting the Director with various tasks, for example office administration and office works whenever necessary, driving the director to appointments, liaising with vendors and clients, attending and organizing meetings, exhibitions, and fairs etc. You’ll also play a part in interviewing and visiting retailers for stock counts. Plus, you’ll get to be a mystery shopper now and then to evaluate our company products/services!
