Sales and Commissions:
Your role as a Merchandiser will include guiding retailers on product restocking and introducing new products to their inventory. You will also be responsible for preparing quotations and collecting Purchase Orders. - Penang Based – And you will have to service Kedah and Perak states too when necessary.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies
- Ensure products are displayed attractively across stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

- Ensure pricing accuracy and adjusting as necessary.

- Create and analyze merchandising and product reports and surveys.
- Regularly relay feedback on the sales performance of our products, issues related to the store and displays, and activities of competitors to the immediate superior.
- Establish and maintain robust professional relationships with store managers, ensuring responsiveness to their requests and feedback.
- Ensure photographs are taken pre and post-merchandising at each outlet for record-keeping.
- Undertake the collection of Purchase Orders, cheques, and other pertinent documents.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of promotional fairs as required.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed to ensure the store’s visual standards and sales goals are met.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
